Jacquelyn B. Waldron, RN, CS, FNP
Jackie
originally attended a diploma nursing program at Trumbull Memorial
School of Nursing in Warren, Ohio. Once she obtained her RN degree,
she relocated to Columbia, SC to begin her nursing career at
Richland Memorial Hospital. While working full time she attended the
University of South Carolina and graduated in 1989 with a Bachelors
degree in Nursing. She continued as USC and obtained her Masters
degree in Nursing Administration in 1991. After working in the
Intensive Care Unit at Self Regional Hospital, Jackie returned to
USC to obtain her Post Masters Certificate as a Family Nurse
Practitioner. Jackie has over 20 years experience in nursing, with
the last 10 years spent practicing as a Nurse Practitioner with the
Family Healthcare Center. She is board certified in family medicine.
Hometown: Ashtabula, Ohio
Hobbies and Community Interests: Cooking and baking; loves to try new recipes. Reading (mysteries). Scrapbooking. Participating in church and church committees. Spending playtime with her children.
Special Medical Interests: Women's health. Preventive medicine.

Family: Married to Glenn since 1993. They have two children: Abby
(age 12) and Tucker (age 9).
