Ann B. Stidham Ed.D
Dr. Stidham is double board certified as a Counseling Psychologist and a Psycho educational Specialist. In addition, she is a certified School Psychologist III under the SC Department of Education and a Diplomate of the American Psychotherapy Association. She teaches at Presbyterian College where she holds a Charles A. Dana Professorship in Psychology.
Dr. Stidham's undergraduate degree was completed summa cum laude at Muskingum College, her master's at Northwestern University and her doctorate at The University of Tennessee. Her teaching has been recognized by multiple awards at local, state, and regional levels.
She has two young adult sons and five grandchildren. Over her years in Laurens County, she has served on multiple community boards and committees and done volunteer work with schools, churches, and community agencies. Currently, she is on the board of Laurens County Mental Health Association. For relaxation she enjoys entertaining, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family. Her special interests within health care are patient education, stress management, school related challenges, holistic health and wellness, and primary care counseling.
