Dr.
Kellner is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a BA in
Chemistry and the Medical University of South Carolina in
Charleston. His three-year residency in family medicine was
completed at Self Memorial Hospital in Greenwood, South Carolina,
where he was the Chief Resident and voted Outstanding Resident of
the Year. Dr. Kellner is also board certified by the American Board
of Family Practice.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Kellner is very involved in the education of current and future health care providers. He regularly speaks to classes at Thornwell School and Presbyterian College, and teaches medical students and nurse practitioner students in special teaching rotations at MUSC and USC.
Hobbies: Music; dirt-bike riding; camping with his family.
Community Interests: Serves on Board of Directors of Hospice of
Laurens County.
Special Medical Interests: Preventive Medicine.
Family: He and his wife, who he met in the 2nd Grade, have three
children.
